Mole Removal

Undesired moles can be safely removed

Moles are pigmented lesions that can occur anywhere on the face or body. Undesired moles can be safely removed with various surgical/ laser techniques.

All pigmented lesions that are removed from the body and face MUST be sent off to a laboratory for pathological analysis. This means that they are screened for signs of cancer.

Dr Ward is certified by the Royal College of General Practitioners for Minor Surgery and has been performing minor surgery for 15 years.

“I went to see Dr Ward for the removal of a lesion on my thigh. She was reassuring and professional throughout, and agreed with me (I am also a doctor), that the lesion should be sent for histological examination to confirm the diagnosis. Dr Ward removed the mole fully, and inserted several sutures. The whole procedure was hassle-free, quick and completely painless!”
