‘I have worked in lots of clinics in my career including some very high profile ones that were considered the very best in the UK by the media. I never felt that they completely aligned with great patient care or excellent clinical practice. In large multi-doctor clinics I often noticed poor patient follow up and poor customer care. Sometimes patients wouldn’t even see the same practitioner for each of their appointments which takes away from their feeling of consistent care.
I now work for myself because I feel that this is the only way that I can deliver a truly bespoke and personal service to my patients that honours the way I see that treatments should be performed and delivered.
